The Colorado Springs Aerospace Business Center (“CABC”) is a new industrial and retail development positioned on +/- 31 acres at the north west corner of Bradley Rd. and Foreign Trade Zone Blvd. in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The development will deliver in phases, with the first phase consisting of 84,750 SF of small-bay industrial warehouse. The full development program has potential for 5+ industrial buildings ranging from 20,000 SF up to 118,000 SF, plus 3 retail pads at the corner of Bradley and Foreign Trade Zone Blvd. The first phase of development is slated for core and shell delivery May 2025 and future phases will commence based on market demand and absorption.
